To help us fix it faster, include in your email:

1Describe what happened and what you expected to happen.
2Tell us your device (e.g., iPhone 14, Samsung Android) and the app version (under Settings › About).
3If you can, attach a screenshot.

Frequently asked questions

Is MaxCut free?

Yes. MaxCut is free, with no ads and no sign-up.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The cutting-plan calculation runs 100% offline, right on your device.

Does it work for MDF and metal bars?

Yes. It does sheet nesting (MDF, plywood, melamine) and linear cutting of bars, profiles, and tubes.

Does it account for the saw blade thickness?

Yes. You enter the cut width (kerf) and the edge trim, and MaxCut includes them in the fit calculation.

Can I save my materials and projects?

You can. Save your sheets and bars to the library and organize your jobs into cutting projects.

How does MaxCut handle my data?

Your projects stay on your device. We only collect usage and crash-diagnostics data (via Firebase) to improve the app. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Use the “Clear data” option in the app or write to suporte@bluehorizons.com.br. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
